Troubleshoot a missing referral reward

A missing reward usually means the invitation was not attributed, the invited account has not completed the current qualification, or the account ledger has not refreshed yet.

Before you start

• Record the invited email only if the person consents to private support use.
• Check the current reward terms and cap.
• Do not create duplicate accounts to force qualification.
• Keep referral details out of public comments.

Steps: trace the referral status

1. Open Referrals and locate the invited friend.
2. Read the exact Pending, Credited or other status.
3. Confirm the person originally used your full referral URL.
4. Ask them to complete the displayed verification requirement.
5. Reload Referrals and Billing once after qualification.
6. Escalate privately with the approximate invitation time and visible status if it remains wrong.

Expected result

You identify the referral stage or see the credited bonus in the account storage total.

Limits and important details

• Support cannot credit an invitation that does not meet current eligibility rules.
• Qualification and anti-abuse checks can prevent or delay credit.
• A referral bonus does not replace an active subscription automatically.
• Workspace-level storage caps remain separate.

Troubleshooting

No friend row appears. The sign-up may not have used the referral URL; preserve the link and timing for private review.

The row is pending. Complete the exact verification or qualification shown by the current program.

The row is credited but storage is unchanged. Reload Billing and provide the credited status to private support.
