Earn and check referral storage

The Referrals page gives your account a personal invitation link and shows whether each invited friend is still pending or has earned a credit. Read the current eligibility terms before sending it.

Before you start

• Open Referrals in the account that should receive the bonus.
• Read the current qualification, reward and cap shown on the page.
• Use the built-in copy control so the full link is preserved.
• Do not promise a reward until the friend reaches the displayed credited state.

Steps: share and verify a referral

1. Open Referrals and copy the personal referral URL.
2. Send it privately to an eligible person without altering its referral identifier.
3. Ask the person to use that link for the required sign-up and verification steps.
4. Return to Referrals and inspect the friend row and status.
5. Wait for Credited before counting the reward.
6. Open Billing and confirm Referral bonus appears in the storage ledger.

Expected result

The invited friend appears with a current status, and a qualifying credited referral adds its stated storage to the account total.

Limits and important details

• Reward amounts, caps and eligibility come from the current Referrals page.
• A sent invitation is not automatically a credited referral.
• Bonus storage adds to the account allowance but does not bypass workspace caps.
• Duplicate, ineligible or unverified sign-ups may not qualify.

Troubleshooting

The link copied incompletely. Return to Referrals and use the copy control again.

The friend remains pending. Check the status label and current qualification steps rather than creating another account.

Credited storage is absent. Reload Billing once and compare the referral ledger row before contacting support.
