Preview workspace sharing branding

Use the settings preview to check logo, colors, text, file card and recipient readability before publishing the branding.

Preview branding before saving because recipient pages must remain readable and trustworthy across different content and screen sizes.

Before you start

  • Use the current released client or web app and sign in to the intended account.
  • Select the correct workspace and use non-confidential test data.
  • Record the current setting or result before changing it.
  • Keep passwords, API keys, recovery keys and private links out of screenshots and support messages.

Steps: preview workspace sharing branding

  1. Open Workspace Settings → Branding.
  2. Enter or upload the proposed assets.
  3. Open the sharing preview.
  4. Check title, logo, buttons and file information.
  5. Review light, dark and narrow layouts when offered.
  6. Save, then test a real non-confidential share page.
